Bloody Mary-San
Ingredients:

Ice
50 ml Go-Shu Junmai Sake
30 ml Lemon Juice
Beaten Raw Egg, optional
Fill with Tomato Juice
Dash Tabasco Sauce
Dash Worcestershire Sauce
Salt
Pepper
Instructions:
Build in Glass. Garnish: Celery Stick.
Blushing Geisha
Ingredients:
(Blender 1)
30 ml Go-Rin Sake
25 ml Midori
25 ml Malibu
(Blender 2)
30 ml Strawberry Liqueur
3-4 Strawberries
Instructions:
Using two separate blenders, blend in each with ice and carefully pour the separate ingredients into a long glass whilst it is being tilted. Garnish: Strawberry and cocktail umbrella on side.
Bogomip
Ingredients:

2 parts sake rice wine
1 part coconut milk
5 parts pink lemonade
Optional ice
Instructions:
Pour sake and coconut milk into the glass. Fill with pink lemonade. Fill the glass with ice first if desired.
Bonsai Buddy
Ingredients:
25 ml Go-Shu Sake
25 ml Suntory Whisky
1 X Egg White
1 X teaspoon of Castor Sugar
Small Squeeze of Fresh Lemon
Ice
Soda Water
Instructions:
Shake Sake, Whisky, Egg White and Sugar, strain into glass, top with soda water.
 
Eager Ninja
Ingredients:

15 ml Go-Rin Sake
15 ml Midori
15 ml Malibu
15 ml Pineapple Juice
5 ml Blue Curacao
5 ml Raspberry Cordial
Instructions:
Shake and strain Go-Rin Sake, Midori, Malibu and Pineapple Juice and pour into glass. Sink the Blue Curacao and Raspberry cordial. Garnish: Cherry and Slice of Lime/Lemon on Rim.
Fuji Sunset
Ingredients:
50 ml Go-Shu Junmai Sake
25 ml Maraschino Liqueur
25 ml Lemon Juice
25 ml Orange Juice
Dash Grenadine
Ice
Instructions:
Shake with Ice and strain into chilled champagne saucer. Garnish: Maraschino Cherry on rim.
Ginger Jack
Ingredients:

30 ml Go-Shu Sake
15 ml Green Ginger Wine
100 ml Ginger Ale
15 ml Lime Juice
30 ml Apple Juice
30 ml Lemon Juice
Ice
Instructions:
Stir with Ice and pour. Garnish: Apple peel threaded inside glass, lemon slice and mint sprig on rim.

Ingredients:

30 ml Go-Shu 40 Sake
15 ml Tia Maria or Kalua
30 ml Crème de Grand Marnier
30 ml Pineapple Juice
30 ml Orange Juice
Instructions:
Shake with Ice and strain. Garnish: Orange or Banana Slice and Red Cherry.
Ginza Strip
Ingredients:

2 oz sake rice wine
2 dashes sweet vermouth
1 dash Angostura (bitters)
Instructions:
Stir and strain into a cocktail glass. Garnish with a cherry.
Goshu Blue Stinger
Ingredients:

50 ml Go-Shu Blue Sake
50 ml white Crème de Menthe Liqueur
15 ml Blue Curacao Liqueur
Ice
Instructions:
Shake with Ice and strain into chilled champagne saucer. Garnish: Maraschino Cherry on rim.

Ingredients:

50 ml Go-Rin Sake
25 ml Parfait Amour
8 ml Lemon or Lime Juice
Dash of egg white

Instructions:
Shake with Ice. Garnish: Strawberry with Umbrella.
Go-Su Gondalier
Ingredients:

30 ml Go-Shu 40 Sake
30 ml Galliano
10 ml Grenadine
Instructions:
Build over Ice. Garnish: Twist of Lemon rind.
Hai-Tai
Ingredients:

30 ml Go-Rin Sake
15 ml Ume Shu Sake
15 ml Armaretto
15 ml Tanduay Rhum (dark rum)
15 ml Orange Curacao
30 ml Lemon Juice
30 ml Sugar Syrup
10 ml Lime Juice
Ice
Instructions:
Shake with Ice and pour. Garnish: Pineapple Spear, Sugar Cane Stick (if Available), Mint Leaves, Nasturtium Flower or Cooktown Orchid, Lime Slice Shell, 2 X Straws.
Honey Bucket
Ingredients:

30 ml Go-Shu 40 Sake
30 ml Frangelico
15 ml Kalua
15 ml Advocaat
30 ml Honey
100 ml Fresh Cream
Instructions:
Blend all ingredients and pour into prepared glass. Garnish: Dip glass rim in Honey and crushed Macadamia nuts, Cherry on rim.
Japanese Cobbler
Ingredients:

2 fresh, skinless pineapple wedges
2 oranges
2 lemon wedges
1/2 oz maraschino liqueur
3 oz sake rice wine
1 splash soda
Instructions:
Muddle a skinless pineapple wedge, one piece of orange and one piece of lemon with maraschino liqueur in the bottom of a bar glass. Add the sake and shake with ice. Strain into a double old-fashioned glass filled with crushed ice and top with a splash of soda. Garnish with a sprig of mint, the remaining fruit wedges and serve.
Kiwi-Hi
Ingredients:

1 peeled Kiwifruit (Chinese Gooseberry)
30 ml Go-Shu Junmai Sake
30 ml Midori
30 ml Cointreau
45 ml Lemon Juice
Dash sugar syrup, ice
Instructions:
Blender with Ice. Garnish: Kiwifruit Slice on Side.
Mamma-San-Soother
Ingredients:

25 ml Amaretto
50 ml Go-Shu Junmai Sake
Ice
Instructions:
Serve in glass over Ice.
Melon Daiquiri
Ingredients:

2 oz sake rice wine
3/4 cup melons
2 oz simple syrup
1 oz fresh lime juice
Instructions:
Blend ingredients with a handful of ice in a mixing glass. Pour into a large goblet, garnish with melon balls and serve.
Musume Magic
Ingredients:

60 ml Peach Liqueur
30 ml Go-Shu Nama Sake
15 ml Mango Liqueur
60 ml Pineapple Juice
60 ml Orange Juice
1 X Fresh Mango
1 X Fresh Peach
Instructions:
Blend with Ice and pour. Garnish: Half Orange Slice on Rim and Cocktail Umbrella.
Na-Gus-Sake Cocktail
Ingredients:

1 part sake
2 parts GuS Extra Dry Ginger Ale
1/4 fresh lime
Instructions:
To a cocktail shaker 3/4 filled with ice cubes, add two parts GuS Extra Dry Ginger Ale to one part sake. Shake vigorously. Immediately serve over rocks in a lowball glass, squeezing juice from 1/4 lime int cocktail.
Okinawa Iced Tea
Ingredients:

50 ml Go-Shu Junmai Sake
50 ml Go-Rin Sake
25 ml Ume-Shu Sake
25 ml Shochu, Soju or Vodka
30 ml Lemon Juice
15 ml Vanilla Coke (Mainly to Color) and Ice
Instructions:
Build in glass and stir. Garnish: Lemon/ Lime Twists and Mint Leaves with Sugar Cane stick if available.
Pachinko Spritzer
Ingredients:

50 ml Go-Shu Sake
50 ml Ume-Shu Sake
100 ml Apple & Pear Juice
50 ml Pear Nectar
Ice
Soda water
Instructions:
Stir Sake, Umeshu and juice and pour into glass over ice, top with soda.
Pappa-San-Soother
Ingredients:

25 ml Amaretto
25 ml Ume-Shu Sake
50 ml Go-Shu 40 Sake
Ice
Instructions:
Serve in glass over Ice.
Party-Sake Sapphire
Ingredients:

10 ml Blue Curacao
10 ml Banana Liqueur
10 ml Crème de Menthe
50 ml Go-Rin Sake
Champagne 2/3rds, chilled
Top with Pineapple Crush fruit juice
Instructions:
Gently pour Liqueurs into glass followed by sake then top to 2/3 rd with Icy cold champagne. Float Pineapple crush on top, Garnish Rim. Garnish: ½ slice Citrus on Rim with Cherry and Cocktail Umbrella.
Pimm's
Ingredients:

50 ml Go-Shu Junmai or Nama Sake
35 ml Pimms No.1 Cup
Instructions:
Build over Ice. Garnish: Orange and Lemon slices, Cherry, Cocktail Umbrella, Cucumber Skin, swizzle stick and straws.
Pink Rady
Ingredients:

50 ml Sake
3 dashes Angostura bitters
2 to 3 cubes of ice
Instructions:
Dash of Bitters in Glass, rotate then dispose of bitters. Add ice cubes, Sake and soda water. Garnish: Lemon Wheel and Cherry on side, swizzle stick and straw.
Sake Arita
Ingredients:

30 ml Go-Shu 40 or Go-Shu Blue Sake
30 ml Lemon Juice
15 ml Cointreau
½ Egg White
Instructions:
Shaken briskly with ice and strained. Garnish: Lemon Wheel on side.
Sake Billabong
Ingredients:

50 ml Go-Shu Sake
25 ml Green Chartreuse
Top with Pineapple Juice
20 ml Lime Juice
Instructions:
Pour Chartreuse over ice into glass, add sake and top with pineapple juice then add lime juice last. Garnish: Slice of Lime on Rim , Pineapple Spear in Glass, Straw.
Sake Bomb Cocktail
Ingredients:

Instructions:
Fill a glass or mug with beer, and set it on the table in front of the person having the Sake Bomb. Do not fill the glass up to the rim. Remember that a full shot glass will be dropping into it, so you need to leave a small amount of empty space in the glass, unless you just like wiping up booze. Place a pair of chopsticks across the top of the glass, pushed close together, so that they form sort of a bridge across the top of the glass. Do not push them all the way against each other. They should be close, but with a little space in between. Pour a shot of Sake, and carefully balance the sake glass on top of the chop sticks, above the center of the glass of beer.
Sake Bondi
Ingredients:

15 ml Blue Curacao
15 ml Crème De Menthe
15 ml Midori
15 ml Triple Sec
25 ml Go-Shu Blue, Nama or Go-Rin Sake
50 ml Pine and Orange Juice
Instructions:
Pour Blue Curacao into glass. Blend other ingredients with ice and pour. Garnish: Mint Leaf, Pineapple Triangle and Maraschino Cherry on side.
Sake Daiquiri
Ingredients:

45 ml Go-Rin or Go-Shu Nama Sake
30 ml Lemon Juice
15 ml Sugar Syrup
½ Egg White
Instructions:
Shake with ice and strain. Garnish: Slice of Lemon on Rim.
Sake-Kakuri
Ingredients:

5 ml Mango Liqueur
30 ml Pimms
15 ml Go-Rin Sake
5 ml Lemon Juice
Instructions:
Stir and strain the first 3 ingredients into glass and sink the Lemon Juice.
Sake-Mac
Ingredients:

50 ml Daiginjo Sake (Go-Shu 40)
50 ml Drambuie
Instructions:
Build over Ice. Garnish: Lemon Twist.
Sake Margarita
Ingredients:

1 1/2 oz plum wine
1/2 oz tequila
1/2 oz sake
1/2 oz lime juice
1/2 oz simple syrup
Garnish: cucumber slice, optional
Instructions:
Combine the ingredients in a cocktail shaker filled with ice and shake vigorously. Strain into a glass. If serving frozen, combine the ingredients in a blender with 3/4 cup ice and blend until smooth. Pour into a glass. Garnish with a cucumber slice, if desired.
Sake Martini
Ingredients:

45 ml Dry Sake
20 ml Dry Vermouth
Instructions:
Stir over ice and strain. Garnish: Twist of Lemon or Olive on toothpick in the glass.
Sake Slipper
Ingredients:

30 ml Midori
30 ml DaiGinjo Go-Shu Sake
30 ml Lemon Juice
Instructions:
Shake with Ice and strain. Garnish: Slice of Lemon on Side.
Sake Sunshine Punch
Ingredients:

45 ml Go-Rin Sake
45 ml Peach Liqueur
25 ml Coconut Liqueur
15 ml Banana Liqueur
50 ml Tropical Fruit Juice
3 X Fresh Strawberries
Instructions:
Blend with Ice and pour. Garnish: Orange Wedge, Pineapple Leaves and a Maraschino Cherry.
Sake Sunrise
Ingredients:

60 ml Go-Shu Sake
5 ml Grenadine
Top up with Orange Juice and Ice
Instructions:
Build over ice. Garnish: Orange Wheel, C'tail Umbrella & Cherry on side, swizzle stick, straws.
Salty Samurai
Ingredients:

60 ml Go-Shu Junmai or Junmai Supa-Dry Sake
30 ml sugar syrup
Top with Grapefruit Juice

Instructions:
Shake and pour over ice. When drinking don't use a straw - drink straight from salt-rimmed glass. Garnish: Salt tipped Pineapple Spear & a swizzle stick.

Ingredients:

Champagne to top-up
Apricot Conserve

Instructions:

Tokyo Tiger
Ingredients:

Preserved ginger piece
50 ml Go-Rin Sake
25 ml Go-Shu Sake
25 ml Shochu or Gin
15 ml lime cordial
Top-up with ginger beer
Top with soda water
Lemonade or Dry Ginger Ale (or both)
Instructions:
Build over Ice. Garnish: Slice of Lemon, Mint, Straws and Sugar Cane or Swizzle Stick.

Ingredients:

30 ml Go-Shu Junmai Sake
30 ml Passoa
15 ml Lime Cordial
45 ml Lemon Juice
45 ml Sugar Syrup
Top with Go-Shu 40 Sake
Instructions:
Shake with Ice and Pour. Top with Go-Shu 40. Garnish: Orange Slice, Cherry, Inside-Out Cocktail Umbrella and 2 Straws.
