Alcoholic Cocktails with Cachaca

   Cachaça is meant to be sipped slowly in a small glass, or taken as a shot (some Brazilians, who drink cachaça straight, first spill out a few drops for the saints before drinking). Cachaça is a versatile base for mixed drinks. The caipirinha is the most popular cachaça cocktail but there are many other drinks.
   
Agua de Marzo
Ingredients:

Ice
2 ounces cachaça
3/4 ounce St-Germain elderflower liqueur
1/2 ounce fresh lime juice
1/2 ounce fresh grapefruit juice
Instructions:
Grapefruit twist, for garnish. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Add the cachaça, St-Germain, lime juice and grapefruit juice. Shake vigorously for 20 seconds, then strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with a grapefruit twist.
Alegria
Ingredients:

1 ½ oz Beleza Pura (Super Premium Cachaça)
½ oz vanilla vodka
Splash pineapple juice
1oz fresh lime juice
1 tsp sugar
Instructions:
Mix ingredients in a shaker w/ ice and shake. Strain into a sugar rimmed martini glass.
Amazon Sunshine
Ingredients:

2 oz Beleza Pura (Super Premium Cachaça)
2 oz acerola puree (½ packet of Sambazon Amazon Cherry)
1 tbsp sugar or simple syrup
1 tbsp fresh lime juice
8 mint leaves
Instructions:
Combine Beleza Pura, mint, acerola, lime juice, sugar, and a rocks glass full of ice in a shaker and shake vigorously. Serve in tall glass. Garnish with a sprig of mint.
A Pleasant Surprise
Ingredients:

2 oz Strawberry Infused Cachaca Mae De Ouro
1 oz Lime juice
1/4 oz Demarera Syrup
1/2 oz Velvet Falarnum
1/2 oz cream
1 egg white
Instructions:
Combine all ingredients and shake vigorously with ice. Strain into a martini glass, top with soda water.
Asian Beauty
Ingredients:

2oz Beleza Pura (cachaça)
1oz Five Spice Syrup
1oz Fresh Lemon Juice
1oz Green Tea (unsweetened)
1 dash Gary Regan's Orange Bitters
Instructions:
Shake it up with ice (dilution 15%) - serve on the rocks - garnish with edible Orchid.
 
Batida Abacaxi
Ingredients:

2 oz cachaca
4 oz pineapple chunks
1/2 tsp granulated sugar
1 cup crushed ice
Instructions:
Place all ingredients into a blender. Blend well, pour into a wine glass and serve.
Batida Abaci
Ingredients:

2 oz cachaca
4 oz pineapples
1/2 tsp granulated sugar
Instructions:
Blend with 1 cup of ice until smooth and pour into a wine glass.
Batida de Banana
Ingredients:

3/4 oz cachaca
1 1/2 - 2 oz pineapple juice
1/4 - 3/4 oz cream
1 dash banana syrup
1/2 banana
Instructions:
Combine ingredients in a blender. Strain into a large highball glass over crushed ice and serve.
Batida de Brazil
Ingredients:

3/4 oz batida de coco
2 3/4 oz coconut milk
3/4 oz cachaca
Instructions:
Pour over crushed ice in a large highball glass. Stir and serve.
Batida de Carneval
Ingredients:

1 oz orange juice
2 1/4 oz mango juice
3/4 oz cachaca
Instructions:
Pour over crushed ice in a large highball glass. Stir and serve.
Batida de Coco
Ingredients:

1 part cachaca
2 parts coconut cream
Instructions:
Blend well and add crushed ice.
Batida de Maracuja
Ingredients:

3/4 oz cachaca
2 oz pineapple juice
1/4 oz lime syrup
1 dash lime juice
1 passion-fruit chunk
Instructions:
Combine ingredients in a blender. Strain into a large highball glass over crushed ice and serve.
Batida Mango
Ingredients:

2 oz cachaca
4 oz fresh chopped mangos
2 tsp granulated sugar
1 cup crushed ice
Instructions:
Place all ingredients into a blender. Blend well, pour into a wine glass and serve.
Batida Morango
Ingredients:

2 oz cachaca
5 very ripe strawberries
1/2 tsp granulated sugar
1 cup crushed ice
Instructions:
Place all ingredients into a blender. Blend well, pour into a wine glass and serve.
Batidas Frozen
Ingredients:

2 oz cachaca
2 oz tropical-fruit puree
1 oz sweetened condensed milk
1 oz simple syrup
Instructions:
Shake all ingredients with ice and strain into an old-fashioned glass. Garnish with a lime wheel and serve.
B.E.D. Dark & Stormy
Ingredients:

1 oz Beleza Pura (Super Premium Cachaça)
1 oz dark rum
2 oz ginger beer
2 oz fresh orange juice
2 oz pineapple juice
Instructions:
Build all ingredients in a large glass over ice and stir. Garnish with a lime wedge.
Beija Flor
Ingredients:

 ½ oz Beleza Pura (Cachaça)
1 oz St. Germain Elderflower Liqueur
1 oz Green Tea, unsweetened
1 oz Lime Juice, Fresh
½ oz Pineapple Juice
Instructions:
Add ingredients into shaker w/ice, shake and strain into chilled martini glass. Garnish with edible orchid.
Beleza Aperitif
Ingredients:

¾ fresh lime
¾ oz home made ginger syrup. (1/1 simple syrup infused with fresh peeled ginger - let it sit over night)
1 ½ oz Beleza Pura
5-8 mint leaves
Instructions:
Shake the above ingredients well and double strain into a sherry glass. Finish with an ounce of champagne. Garnish with a mint leaf.
Beleza Caipirinha
Ingredients:

½ large lime, sliced into 4 pieces
2 tsp sugar or simple syrup
1 cup ice
Instructions:
Gently muddle limes and sugar in a non-breakable glass. Add ice and Beleza Pura and  shake, shake, shake. Serve in a large rocks glass. Make two, and head for the closest beach or sunset with someone special.
Beleza Caipirinha On The Fly
Ingredients:

2 oz Beleza Pura (Super Premium Cachaça)
1 oz fresh lime juice
½ oz triple sec
1 tsp sugar
Instructions:
Shake all ingredients with a rocks glass full of ice and serve. Garnish with a lime wedge.
Beleza Fizz
Ingredients:

2 oz cachaca
¾ oz fresh lemon
¾ oz St. Germain
One ounce egg white
Instructions:
Dry shake to aerate. Shake well with ice and double strain into a chilled flute. You can finish this one with champagne or soda too if you want.
Beleza Hemingway
Ingredients:

¾ oz fresh lime juice
¾ oz Simple Syrup
½ oz grapefruit juice (ruby red is great)
¼ oz Maraschino liqueur
1 ½ oz Beleza Pura (Cachaça)
Instructions:
Add ingredients into a shaker with ice - shake and strain into chilled cocktail glass.
Beleza Margarita
Ingredients:

1 oz fresh lime juice
2 oz Beleza Pura (Cachaça)
1 oz Grand Marnier or Cointreau
Instructions:
Add ingredients into a shaker with ice - shake and strain into martini/margarita glass that has been rimmed with salt - add lime wedge as garnish.
Beleza Mojo
Ingredients:

2 ½ oz Beleza Pura (Super Premium Cachaça)
½ lime (Tahiti type preferred), sliced into 4 pieces
8 fresh mint leaves
2 tsp sugar or 2 oz Simple syrup
A drop of bitters
Splash of soda
Instructions:
Wash the lime gently under water and dry. Place lime slices in a non-breakable glass, add sugar and mint and muddle gently, add ice and Beleza Pura and shake.  Serve in a tall glass. Finish with a splash of soda and bitters. Garnish with a lime, a mint sprig and fresh sugar cane stick.
Beleza Sunrise
Ingredients:

2 oz Beleza Pura (Super Premium Cachaça)
3 oz orange juice
1 tsp confectioner sugar
Splash of Chambord
Instructions:
Combine Beleza Pura, orange juice, and sugar in a shaker with ice. Shake and strain into a martini glass. Finish with a splash of Chambord.
Belezarita
Ingredients:

2 oz Beleza Pura (Super Premium Cachaça)
1 ½ oz fresh lime juice
1 oz Grand Marnier
Instructions:
Chill a martini glass and coat with a sugar rim. Combine ingredients in a shaker with ice and strain into glass. Garnish with a lime slice.
Berry Batida
Ingredients:

1½ shots Cachaça
¼ shot lemon juice
¼ shot sugar syrup
8 Raspberries
4 Blackberries
2 (healthy) dashes orange bitters
Instructions:
Muddle berries in the shaker, then add all other ingredients and shake well with ice. Fine strain in to an ice-filled old-fashioned glass. Garnish with berries and a straw for stirring.
Berry Smash
Ingredients:

1.5 oz Cachaca Mae De Ouro
5-6 Fresh Blackberries
5-6 Fresh Raspberries
1-2 Tsp Superfine Sugar
Instructions:
Muddle berries and sugar to taste. Add ice and Cachaca Mae De Ouro. Shake or stir well.
Blackberry & Cabernet Caipirinha
Ingredients:

6 oz. Beleza Pura cachaca
2 oz. cabernet
2 oz. simple syrup
2 limes, hand-squeezed
1 orange, hand-squeezed
Instructions:
Quarter 2 limes, and muddle along with 4 blackberries. Add two barspoons of turbinado sugar, then pour over ice. Shake vigorously. Serve.
Blood Orange Caipirinha
Ingredients:

2 oz Beleza Pura (Super Premium Cachaça)
½ blood orange, peeled and cubed
1-2 tsp sugar
Instructions:
Muddle the blood orange and sugar in a non-breakable mixing glass, add Beleza Pura and ice. Shake well and strain into a (red sea salt) rimmed rock glass.
Blue Havaiana
Ingredients:

2 oz Beleza Pura (Super Premium Cachaça)
1 ½ oz orange juice
1 ½ oz pineapple juice
2 tsp sugar
Splash blue curacao
Instructions:
Shake all ingredients (except blue curacao) with ice. Finish with a splash of blue curacao on top and garnish with an orange wedge.
Brazilian Mango
Ingredients:

1 oz cachaca
1/2 oz banana liqueur
1/2 oz Kahlua (coffee liqueur)
4 oz mango juice
10 small, sliced mangos
Instructions:
Add small slices of mango to a hurricane glass. Pour the cachaca, banana liqueur and mango juice in a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice cubes. Shake well, and strain into the glass. Add the Kahlua coffee liqueur. Garnish with a sliced banana and a cherry and serve.
Brazilian Wax
Ingredients:

3 oz Beleza Pura (Super Premium Cachaça)
2 oz Kalhua Especial
½ oz pineapple juice
Thin peel of an orange quarter
Instructions:
Chill a martini glass. Place Beleza Pura, Kalhua and pineapple juice in a shaker with ice. Twist orange peel to spritz the inside of the martini glass with zest, drop into glass. Shake ingredients and strain into the glass.
Cachaca & Pineapple Juice
Ingredients:

1.5 oz Cachaca Mae De Ouro
Pineapple Juice
Instructions:
Mix cachaca and pineapple juice in a tall glass with ice. Stir well.
Cachaca & Soda
Ingredients:

1.5 oz Cachaca Mae De Ouro
Club Soda or Lime Soda
Instructions:
Mix cachaca and soda in a tall glass with ice. Serve.
Cachaca & O.J.
Ingredients:

1.5 oz Cachaca Mae De Ouro
Fresh Orange Juice, not from concentrate
Instructions:
Mix cachaca and orange juice in a tall glass with ice. Stir well.
Cachaca & Pomegranate Juice
Ingredients:

1.5 oz Cachaca Mae De Ouro
Pomegranate Juice
Instructions:
Mix cachaca and pomegranate in a glass with ice. Stir well.
Cachaca Para o Meu Amor
Ingredients:

3 lbs Hulled Ripe Strawberries
4 Cups Cachaca Mae De Ouro
Instructions:
Chop strawberries and cover in a bowl with cachaca. Leave at room temperature for 5 days. Strain througha cloth, disregard fruit. Chill in freezer, serve ina shot glass.
Caipirinha
Ingredients:

2 tsp granulated sugar
8 limes wedges
2 1/2 oz cachaca
Instructions:
Muddle the sugar into the lime wedges in an old-fashioned glass. Fill the glass with ice cubes. Pour the cachaca into the glass. Stir well.
Caipirinha of Temptation
Ingredients:

2 oz Beleza Pura (Super Premium Cachaça)
¼ medium size Red Delicious apple, de-cored
2 medium strawberries
1-2 tbsp sugar or simple syrup
1 oz ruby Port
½ oz triple sec
Splash of Grenadine
Instructions:
Slice or cube the apple and strawberry and place in a non-breakable glass. Add sugar or simple syrup and muddle fruit well. Add Beleza Pura, ruby port, and a rocks glass full of ice, and shake well. Serve in a martini glass. Add a splash of grenadine Garnish with apple slice.
Caipiruva
Ingredients:

1.5 oz Cachaca Mae De Ouro
6-8 Seedless Grapes
¼ Fresh Lime
1-2 Tsp. Superfine Sugar
Instructions:
Muddle grapes, lime and sugar to taste. Add ice and Cachaca Mae De Ouro. Shake or stir well.
Caipitetra
Ingredients:

1 ½ oz Beleza Pura (Super Premium Cachaça)
3 small pieces orange w/ rind
4 mint leaves
1 tsp honey
Instructions:
Muddle the fruit, mint and honey in a non-breakable mixing glass, add Beleza Pura and ice. Shake well and pour entire contents back into rock glass. Garnish with a sprig of mint and orange slice.
Candy Cane Caipirinha
Ingredients:

2 oz Beleza Pura (Super Premium Cachaça)
½ oz peppermint schnapps
4 raspberries
Splash soda
Instructions:
Muddle raspberries in a mixing glass, add Beleza Pura, schnapps, soda, and a rocks glass full of ice - shake or stir. Serve on the rocks with a candy cane stirrer.
Cherry Caipirinha
Ingredients:

2 oz Beleza Pura (Super Premium Cachaça)
3 oz orange juice
1 oz peach liqueur
¼ oz Grenadine
Splash lime soda
Instructions:
Shake orange juice, liqueur, and Beleza Pura with ice, strain into a tall glass, complete with lime soda and mix. Add drops of Grenadine and let fall. Garnish: go crazy! Umbrella skewer a small slice of pineapple, 1 slice of melon in star shape (use metal cookie cutter) marinate for couple minutes in a glass with blue curacao, add a cherry.
Coffee & Cream
Ingredients:

1.5 oz Cachaca Mae De Ouro
1 tsp. Superfine Sugar
Bottled Iced Coffee
Instructions:
Mix cachaca, coffee and sugar to taste in a glass with ice. Stir well.
Colada Brazil
Ingredients:

1 1/2 oz cachaca
3/4 oz white rum
2 oz pineapple juice
3/4 oz coconut cream
3/4 oz cream
Instructions:
Blend ingredients together with crushed ice in a shaker or blender. Pour into a large highball glass over crushed ice and serve.
Copacabana
Ingredients:

1 3/4 oz cachaca
3/4 oz chocolate syrup
3/4 oz pineapple juice
1 1/2 oz papaya juice
3/4 oz cream
Instructions:
Shake well over ice cubes in a shaker, and strain into a large highball glass. Fill with crushed ice and serve.
Classic Caipirinha
Ingredients:

1.75 oz Cachaca Mãe de Ouro
1/2 Fresh Tahiti Lime
1 - 2 teaspoons superfine cane sugar
Instructions:
Cut off the ends of the lime and cut it into eight even wedges. Be sure to remove the white core. Sprinkle the sugar over 4 lime slices in the bottom of an old-fashioned glass. With a wood pestle; press only the core of the fruit, withoutpressing the rind. This prevents the drink from becoming sour. Fill the glass with ice and add Cachaca Mae de Ouro. Shake or stir well. Serve in a glass decorated with a slice of lime.
Floridiño
Ingredients:

1.5 oz Beleza Pura (Cachaça)
0.5 oz Fresh Ruby Red Grapefruit Juice
0.5 oz Fresh Lemon Juice
0.5 oz Luxardo Maraschino Liqueur
0.75 oz Agave Nectar
Instructions:
Shake with ice, strain and serve up.
Frozen Revolution
Ingredients:

2 oz Beleza Pura (Super Premium Cachaça)
3 tbsp premium fruit sorbet (raspberry, orange, lemon, mango)
Splash of lime juice
½ cup of ice
Instructions:
Place sorbet in a sturdy glass and mash with a fork. Add Beleza Pura and continue to mash until mostly blended. Add a splash of lime juice and shake with ice. Pour contents into a rocks glass and garnish with your favorite fruit.
Grape and Green Apple Caipiruva
Ingredients:

2 oz Beleza Pura (Super Premium Cachaça)
½ oz fresh lime juice
3-4 red grapes, cut in halves
1 tbsp cubed of green apple
1 tsp raw sugar
Splash of simple syrup
Instructions:
Muddle apple, grapes, and sugar in a non-breakable mixing glass. Add Beleza Pura, lime juice, and simple syrup. Shake well with a rocks glass full of ice. Garnish with a slice of apple.
Grapefruit & Ginger Caipirinha
Ingredients:

2 oz Beleza Pura (Super Premium Cachaça)
½ cup fresh grapefruit, cut in chunks
1 tbsp fresh grated ginger
2 tbsp sugar or simple syrup
Splash of triple sec
Instructions:
Muddle grapefruit, ginger, and sugar in a non-breakable glass. Add Beleza Pura, triple sec and a rocks glass full of ice, and shake well. Pour contents into a large rocks glass. Garnish with thin slice of grapefruit.
Green Fairy Mojito
Ingredients:

1 ½ oz Beleza Pura (Super Premium Cachaça)
1 oz Absinto Camargo
8-10 mint leaves
Juice of a whole lime
Simple syrup
Splash of soda
Instructions:
Muddle mint, lime juice and simple syrup. Add Beleza Pura, Absinto and a rocks glass full of crushed ice. Stir and add soda. Serve in a tall glass. Garnish with a mint sprig.
Hollywood's Grace
Ingredients:

2 oz Beleza Pura (Cachaça)
1.5 oz Sweet Passion Fruit Juice (gently sweet-good concentration of flavor)
0.5oz Fresh Lemon Juice
5-6 drops (.5 thimble) Orange Blossom Water
1oz Sweet, Good Sparkling Wine (St. Michele Frizzante or Moet Nectar)
Instructions:
Add all ingredients except the sparkler into a shaker with ice, shake & strain into chilled martini glass, splash the sparkler and garnish with the petal of an orchid. Serve in a Champagne or Martini type glass. Garnish with the petal of an edible Orchid.
Jalapeño Caipirinha
Ingredients:

2 oz Beleza Pura (Super Premium Cachaça)
½ lime, washed and sliced
3 thin slices of green jalapeño pepper
2 tbsp sugar
Instructions:
Muddle the lime, jalapeños, and sugar in a non-breakable glass. Add Beleza Pura and a rocks glass full of ice, and shake. Pour contents into a rocks glass with a lime garnish.
Juicy Beleza Caipirinha
Ingredients:

2 oz Beleza Pura (Super Premium Cachaça)
3 oz of fresh juice
1-2 tbsp sugar or simple syrup
Instructions:
Combine ingredients in a shaker with a rocks glass full of ice. Strain and serve in a martini glass, or over ice in a large rocks glass.
Kiwi Caipirinha
Ingredients:

1.5 oz Cachaca Mae De Ouro
½ Peeled Ripe Kiwi
¼ Fresh Lime
1-2 Tsp. Superfine Sugar
Instructions:
Muddle Kiwi, lime and sugar to taste. Add ice and Cachaca Mae De Ouro. Shake or stir well.
Lambada
Ingredients:

4 cl cachaca
4 cl cream of coconut
2 cl cream
10 cl cherry juice
Instructions:
Shake all ingredients in a shaker with ice. Pour over crushed ice in a fancy glass.
Lichee Martini
Ingredients:

1 ½ oz Beleza Pura (Super Premium Cachaça)
½ oz Velvet Falernum
½ oz lime juice
½ oz lichee syrup
Two whole lichee nuts
Lime wedge
Instructions:
Muddle one lichee, lime wedge, lime juice and Velvet Falernum together. Add Beleza Pura and shake well with ice. Strain into a chilled martini glass and garnish with a lichee.
Lime and Honey Batida
Ingredients:

2 oz. Cachaca Mae De Ouro
2 oz. warm water
2 oz. fresh lime juice
3/4 oz. honey
1 tsp superfine sugar
Instructions:
Combine and stir all ingredients well until honey dissolves. Add ice and shake. Strain into shot glasses.
Maca Martini
Ingredients:

2 oz Sagatiba Pura Cachaca
1/2 oz elderflower cordial
1/2 oz fresh pressed lime juice
2 1/2 oz apple cider
Apple disc (slice) for garnish
Mint sprig for garnish
Instructions:
Pour the ingredients into a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake well. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Float an apple disc with a mint sprig in the center on top of the martini.
Mango Caipirinha
Ingredients:

1.5 oz Cachaca Mae De Ouro
3-4 Tablespoons Chopped Fresh Mango
1-2 Tsp. Superfine Sugar
Instructions:
Muddle mango, and sugar to taste. Add ice and Cachaca Mae De Ouro. Shake or stir well.
Mangueira Caipirinha
Ingredients:

2 oz Beleza Pura (Super Premium Cachaça)
1 ½ oz mango juice
1 tbsp fresh grated ginger
¼ lemon, washed and sliced
1 tbsp sugar
Splash of peach schnapps
Instructions:
Muddle lemon, sugar, and ginger gently in a non-breakable glass. Add Beleza Pura, mango juice, and schnapps and shake with a rocks glass full of ice. Pour contents into a rocks glass with a lime garnish.
Metropolitan
Ingredients:

2 oz Beleza Pura (Super Premium Cachaça)
1 oz lemon juice
1 oz red curacao liqueur
1 oz cranberry juice
Instructions:
Shake ingredients with ice, and strain into chilled martini glass. Garnish with an orange peel.
Milk of Millenia
Ingredients:

1.5 oz VeeV
1.0 oz Beleza Pura (Cachaca)
Crushed mint
Ginger
Lemon
Agave nectar
Ginseng drizzle
Instructions:
Muddle the mint and ginger then combine 1.5 oz VeeV, 1.0 Beleza Pura Cachaca, the juice of ½ a lemon, a touch of agave nectar and ice in a cocktail shaker and shake. Strain into cocktail glass, and squeeze an orange peel over the drink. Next, make a reverse "boat" with the peel, drop in pith side up, and squeeze a few drops of ginseng into the boat.
Moda Martini
Ingredients:

2 oz Beleza Pura (Super Premium Cachaça)
2 oz banana or raspberry rum
1 oz fresh lime juice
1½ oz pineapple juice
Garnish: mint leaf
Instructions:
Chill a martini glass. Combine all ingredients in a shaker with ice. Shake and strain into a martini glass. Garnish with a large mint leaf in the center of glass.
Nagayama Sunset
Ingredients:

2 ½ oz Beleza Pura (Super Premium Cachaça)
3 oz fresh orange juice
1 ½ oz peach liqueur
½ oz blue curacao
Splash lemon lime soda
Instructions:
Add and Beleza Pura, orange juice, peach liqueur and shake with ice. Strain into a large rocks glass, add blue curacao and let fall, finish with splash of lemon lime soda.
Negriño
Ingredients:

1.5 oz Beleza Pura (Cachaça)
0.5 oz Campari
0.5 oz Veloce Liqueur
Instructions:
Stir with ice, strain and serve up - garnish with orange twist (could be flamed).
Nightboat to Brazil
Ingredients:

1 1/2 oz cachaca
1/2 oz Cointreau (orange liqueur)
1/2 oz lime juice
1/2 oz batida de coco
Instructions:
Shake with ice. Strain.
Nightboat to Recife
Ingredients:

1 1/2 oz cachaca
1/2 oz triple sec
1/2 oz lime juice
1/2 oz batida de coco
Instructions:
Shake with ice and pour into a tumbler with crushed ice.
Obrigada
Ingredients:

8 red, seedless grapes
One-quarter lime
1 tablespoon granulated sugar
Ice
2 ounces cachaça
Small bunch of grapes, for garnish
Instructions:
In a cocktail shaker, muddle the grapes and lime with the sugar. Fill the shaker with ice and add the cachaca. Shake vigorously for 20 seconds, then strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with a small bunch of grapes.
Passionate Caipirinha
Ingredients:

2 oz Beleza Pura (Super Premium Cachaça)
½ of a fresh passion fruit or 2 oz passion fruit juice
1 lychee or ½ oz lychee liqueur
1-2 tbsp sugar or simple syrup

Instructions:
Place the ingredients into a blender with ice and pronto, or muddle fruit and sugar in a non-breakable glass, add other ingredients and a rocks glass full of ice, shake and strain into a martini glass. Garnish with an edible flower.
Paulistano Beleza
Ingredients:

5 Strawberries, small
1.5 oz Cranberry Juice
2 oz Beleza Pura (Cachaca)
2 tsp Sugar
Instructions:
Muddle strawberries with sugar, add cranberry juice and Beleza Pura - shake and strain into a chilled martini glass that has been dipped (rimmed) into spicy sugar. Garnish with a strawberry slice.
Pineapple & Basil Caipirinha
Ingredients:

2 oz Beleza Pura (Super Premium Cachaça)
½ cup fresh pineapple, cut in chunks
3 small sprigs of basil (Thai basil preferred)
1-2 tbsp sugar or simple syrup
Instructions:
Muddle pineapple, sugar, and basil in a non-breakable glass. Add Beleza Pura and a rocks glass full of ice, and shake well. Pour contents into a large rocks glass. Garnish with a fresh pineapple slice.
Pineapple Caipirinha
Ingredients:

1.5 oz. Cachaca Mae De Ouro
4 tablespoons chopped fresh pineapple
1-2 tsp. superfine sugar
Instructions:
Muddle pineapple grapes, and sugar to taste. Add ice and Cachaca Mae De Ouro. Shake or stir well.
Pineapple Infused Cachaca
Ingredients:

1 Chopped Ripe Pineapple
1 Bottle Cachaca Mae De Ouo
Superfine Sugar
Instructions:
Cover pineapple with cachaca in a bowl and refrigerate for 3 days. Strain and add superfine sugar to taste.  Chill in freezer, serve in a shot glass. Pineapple chunks can be used for pineapple caipirinhas.

0.75 oz Fresh Lemon Juice
0.5 oz Qi White (Orange and White Tea) Liqueur
0.5 oz Agave Nectar (1 to 1 dilution)

Ingredients:

4 raspberries

Muddle the raspberries, sugar and lime juice in a mixing glass, add Beleza Pura & ice. Shake well & pour entire contents back into rock glass. Garnish with a slice of lime.
São Paulo Cosmo
Ingredients:

2 oz Beleza Pura (Super Premium Cachaça)
½ oz Cointreau
½ oz fresh lime juice
1 oz pomegranate juice (POM Wonderful)
Instructions:
Shake all ingredients with ice. Strain into a chilled martini glass and garnish with a lime peel.
Signora Bianca
Ingredients:

1 ½ ounces Beleza Pura (Cachaca)
1 ounce Cointreau
1 Ounce orange juice
1 Wedge of Lemon
Dash of Orange Bitters
Garnish: Mint leaves
Instructions:
In a cocktail shaker filled with ice add all ingredients, squeeze the lemon and drop it in. Shake vigorously and strain into martini glass. Garnish.
SPA Martini
Ingredients:

2 oz Beleza Pura (Super Premium Cachaça)
2 slices of cucumber
1 oz lemon juice
2 sprigs mint
1 tsp sugar
Instructions:
Muddle the cucumber, lemon juice, mint and sugar in a non-breakable mixing glass; add Beleza Pura and ice. Shake well and strain into a martini glass, garnish by laying a thin slice of cucumber in the middle of the glass.

Ingredients:

1.5 oz Cachaca Mae De Ouro
4-5 Small Ripe Strawberries
¼ oz Fresh Cream
1-2 Tsp. Superfine Sugar

Muddle strawberries and sugar to taste. Add ice, cream and Cachaca Mae De Ouro. Shake or stir well.
Strawberry & Kiwi Caipirinha
Ingredients:

2 oz Beleza Pura Super (Premium Cachaça)
1/3 kiwi, peeled and chopped
3 medium strawberries, chopped
1-2 tbsp sugar or simple syrup

Ingredients:

1.5 oz. Cachaca Mae De Ouro
¼ oz. Luxardo Maraschino Liqueur
1 ½ oz. Ceres Apricot Juice
1 ½ tsp. Superfine Sugar
6 Concord Grapes
¼ Lime, cored
Instructions:
Muddle lime, sugar and concord grapes until the grapes release their color to the mixture. Combine with cachaca, maraschino, and apricot juice. Shake well and double strain into cocktail glass.
The Brazilian Patriot
Ingredients:

2 oz Beleza Pura (Super Premium Cachaça)
3 oz fresh orange juice
½ oz Midori Melon Liqueur
½ oz peach liqueur
½ oz blue curacao
Instructions:
Place orange juice, melon & peach liqueur, and Beleza Pura into a shaker with ice, shake and strain into a tall glass. Add the blue curacao; let it drop in the glass. Garnish with orange slice.

Ingredients:

4 oz. Cachaca Mae De Ouro
2 oz. Fresh Lime Juice
½ oz. Simple Syrup

Instructions:
Combine Mae De Ouro, fresh lime juice, simple syrup and egg white in a Boston shaker. Shake vigorously until the egg white becomes froth. Serve over ice; add dash of Angostura bitters to foam.
The Thai-Pirina
Ingredients:

2.5 oz. Cachaca Mae De Ouro
½ Lime, cored and sliced into small wedges
¾ oz. Ginger Simple Syrup
6 large Fresh Basil Leaves, torn into small pieces

Instructions:
Muddle lime, simple syrup and basil in bottom of shaker. Fill with ice. Add cachaca and shake vigorously. Pour into a rocks glass and top with ginger ale. Stir gently.

1-2 tsp Superfine Sugar

Instructions:
Muddle Lime and sugar in a pint glass. Add ice cachaca fill with equal parts Singha beer and lemonade.
Top Shelf Mojito
Ingredients:

8 sprig's of fresh mint
1oz simple syrup
¾ oz fresh lime juice
1 ½ oz Beleza Pura (Cachaça)
2 dashes Angostura Bitters, optional

Instructions:
Muddle 7 sprigs of mint with simple syrup and lime juice, add Beleza Pura and ice - shake and strain into highball glass - top with club soda and bitters - add sprig of mint as garnish.
Trina Larita
Ingredients:

1.5 ounces Beleza Pura (Cachaca)
1 Ounce Cointreau
½ Teaspoon Sugar
4 lemon wedge for muddling
4 sprigs cilantro
Instructions:
In the bottom of a cocktail shaker place the sugar and cilantro, muddle well add the lemon and muddle until juice is extracted. Add cachaca, Cointreau and ice. Shake vigorously until the outside of the shaker is frosted and beaded with sweat. Pour into rocks glass, ice lemon and all. Sprinkle chili powder on top. Garnish: Pinch of Chili powder, optional.
Very Berry Caipirinha
Ingredients:

2 oz Beleza Pura (Super Premium Cachaça)
½ oz raspberry liqueur or crème de cassis
¼ cup of fresh blackberries
¼ cup of fresh blueberries
1 tbsp sugar or simple syrup
Instructions:
Place fresh berries in a non-breakable glass, add sugar and muddle ingredients, add liqueur or cassis, sugar or syrup, Beleza Pura and a rocks glass full of ice, and shake well. Serve in a highball glass. Garnish with a fresh berries.
Watermelon Breeze
Ingredients:

1 ½ oz Beleza Pura (Super Premium Cachaça)
4 1″ cubes watermelon
1 tbsp sugar
Splash vanilla vodka
Splash grenadine
Splash guava juice
Instructions:
Muddle watermelon and sugar in a mixing glass, add Beleza Pura, vodka, grenadine and juice and ice. Shake well, strain into martini glass. Garnish with a slice of watermelon.
White Pepper Basil Caipirinha
Ingredients:

2 oz Beleza Pura (Cachaça)
1 quarter fresh lime
1 oz lime juice
1 bar spoon sugar
10 basil leaves
1 bar spoon white pepper corns
Instructions:
Muddle 1 bar spoon of white pepper corns - add sugar, 1 lime quarter and basil leaves - muddle for 5 seconds. Add Beleza Pura Cachaça and 1 oz lime juice. Shake the mixture and strain into a rocks glass over ice. Garnish with sprig of basil. Garnish: Sprig of Basil.
Woody Woodpecker
Ingredients:

4 cl cachaca
15 cl orange juice
1 cl Galliano (herbal liqueur)
Instructions:
Shake cachaca and juice with ice, and pour into a collins glass. Add galliano and serve.
Zico
Ingredients:

1 oz cachaca
1 oz white rum
2 oz papaya juice
3/4 oz coconut cream
1/4 oz lime juice
Instructions:
Shake well over crushed ice in a shaker, and strain into a large highball glass over crushed ice. Serve.
