Alice Cocktail
Ingredients:

4 cl Cream
1 cl Orange Juice
2 cl Pineapple Juice
1 cl Grenadine
Instructions:
Shake well, strain into a large cocktail glass.
Avocado Milkshake
Ingredients:

1/2 cup Sugar
3 (halved and peeled) Avocado
1 liter Milk
Instructions:
Blend on medium for 3 to 5 minutes. Serve in a Beer Mug.
Baby cocktail
Ingredients:

1 part Pineapple juice
1 part Cream
Instructions:
Shake with ice and pour into a highball glass.
Babylove
Ingredients:

1 whole Banana
3/4 oz Cream
3/4 oz Banana Syrup
2 oz Pineapple Juice
1 1/2 oz Coconut Milk
Instructions:
Shake well over crushed ice in a shaker. Strain into a collins glass and fill with crushed ice. Top with banana slices and serve.
Banana Grape Smoothie
Ingredients:

1 cup Ice
2 large Banana
1/4 cup Milk
2 handfuls Grapes
Instructions:
Place the bananas and grapes into a blender and mix until it is a "smooth" liquid. Add the ice and blend until crushed. Add milk, mix until smooth and pour into a hurricane glass. Serve.
 
Banana Milk Shake
Ingredients:

1/2 (mashed) Banana
4 cl Orange Juice
2 tsp Sugar Syrup
10 cl (Cold) Milk
Instructions:
Blend very well, preferably in a household mixer. Serve in a wine glass, garnish with whipped cream and a piece of banana.
Berry-Berry
Ingredients:

1 cup Berries
1 tbsp Honey
1 cup Milk
Instructions:
Place all ingredients in the blender jar, cover and whiz on medium speed until well blended. Pour into a collins glass and serve.
Bobby Cocktail
Ingredients:

1 cl Lemon Juice
6 cl Cream
1 cl Orange Juice
1 tsp Sugar Syrup
Instructions:
Shake well and strain into a large cocktail glass.
Cafe Astoria
Ingredients:

1/2 measures coffee essence
2 measures milk
1/4 measure pineapple juice
1/4 measure lemon juice
Chocolate sugar strands to decorate
Instructions:
Place the ingredients in an electric blender with some crushed ice and blend on maximum speed speed on for 30 seconds. Pour into a cocktail glass and sprinkle sugar strands on top just before serving.
Carib Cream
Ingredients:

1 small banana, chopped
1 measure lemon juice
1 measure milk
1 teaspoon finely chopped walnuts
Instructions:
Place the banana, lemon juice and milk in a electric blender with some crushed ice and blend on maximum speed until smooth. Pour into a cocktail glass and sprinkle the chopped walnuts on top just before serving.
Chocolate Beverage
Ingredients:

1 tsp Cinnamon
3 oz Egg
6 cups Milk
3 oz Mexican Chocolate
Instructions:
Boil the milk in the top of a deep double boiler for five minutes. Remove from the fire and add chocolate, mixed with the cinnamon, a little at a time - beating with molinillo or egg beater after each addition. Serve in a Beer Mug.
Chocolate Drink
Ingredients:

125 g Chocolate
1 tsp Water
3/4 liter Milk
Instructions:
Melt the bar of chocolate in a small amount of boiling water. Add milk. Cook over low heat, whipping gently until heated well. Don't let it boil! Serve in coffee mug.
Coco Choco
Ingredients:

1 oz Chocolate
3/4 oz Cream
1 oz Chocolate Syrup
3 oz Milk
3/4 oz Coconut Cream
Instructions:
Shake liquids well over ice cubes in a shaker, and strain into a large highball glass over crushed ice. Sprinkle with grated chocolate and serve.
Coconut Banana
Ingredients:

3/4 oz Cream
3/4 oz Banana Syrup
2 oz Milk
3/4 oz Coconut Cream
Instructions:
Shake well over ice cubes in a shaker, strain into a large highball glass over crushed ice and serve.
Coconut Kiss
Ingredients:

1 oz Cream
1 1/2 oz Cherry Juice
1 1/2 oz Pineapple Juice
1 dash Grenadine
3/4 oz Coconut Cream
Instructions:
Shake over ice cubes in a shaker. Strain into a large highball glass over crushed ice, garnish with an amarelle cherry and serve.
Coconut Lips
Ingredients:

1 1/2 oz Cream
1/4 oz Raspberry Syrup
2 oz Pineapple Juice
1/4 oz Coconut Cream
Instructions:
Shake well over ice cubes in a shaker. Strain into a large highball glass over crushed ice, add a pineapple chunk and an amarelle cherry and serve.
Cool Cow
Ingredients:

4 tsp Honey
1/2 tsp Almond Extract
2 cups Milk
Instructions:
Place all ingredients into a blender jar. Cover, and whiz on medium speed until well blended. Pour into a collins glass and serve.
Crazy Cow
Ingredients:

1 Apple juice
1 Milk
Instructions:
Place all ingredients in the blender jar - cover and whiz on medium speed until well blended. Pour in one tall, 2 medium or 3 small glasses and drink up.
Drinking Chocolate
Ingredients:

1 Cinnamon
2 oz (finely chopped) Chocolate
8 oz Milk
2 oz Heavy Cream
1 1/2 oz fresh Whipping Cream
1 Vanilla Bean
Instructions:
Heat the cream and milk with the cinnamon and vanilla bean (split lengthwise) very slowly for 15-20 minutes. Remove the bean and cinnamon. Add the chocolate. Mix until fully melted. Serve in a Beer Mug.
Dutch Treat
Ingredients:

1/2 tsp Cinnamon
2 tbsp Honey
1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract
2 cups Milk
2 tbsp Cocoa
Instructions:
Place all ingredients into a blender jar. Cover, and whiz on medium speed until well blended. Pour into a collins glass and serve.
Egg Nog
Ingredients:

1 egg
2 tablespoons caster sugar
½ pt milk
½ teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions:
Beat the egg yolk with the sugar, vanilla and milk. Whisk the egg white until fluffy. Fold the egg white into the yolk mixture. Serve in tumblers, sprinkled with a little cinnamon.
Elephant Charger
Ingredients:

1 (ripened) Banana
1 Peach
2 oz Orange Juice
2 scoops Vanilla Ice Cream
2 oz Milk
1/4 cup Raspberries
Instructions:
Peel and slice the peach, chop the banana; add to a blender. Add orange juice, milk, raspberrries and ice cream, and blend well. Pour into a collins glass and serve in a Collins Glass.

1/4 oz Mango Syrup
3/4 oz Passion-fruit Juice
2 oz Milk
Instructions:
Heat and stir until the honey is dissolved. Serve in a Irish Coffee Cup.

Ingredients:

1/2 Orange
1/2 Lime
1/2 Apple
1 dash Orange juice
1 dash Apple juice
1 dash Cream
Instructions:
Mix all ingredients in mixer with ice. Serve in a small bowl garnished with strawberries or grapes and a straw.
Grape Flip Drink
Ingredients:

1 Egg Yolk
2 tsp Raspberry Syrup
5 cl Red Grape Juice
10 cl (Cold) Milk
Instructions:
Shake or blend very well, serving ice cold in a burgundy glass. If you wish to garnish, use grapes.
Hot Chocolate
Ingredients:

1/4 tsp Salt
1 cup Sugar
3 cups Milk
3/4 cup Cocoa
Instructions:
Combine sugar and cocoa, add milk and a dash of salt. For 1 serving place 1/3 cup dry mixture in a coffee mug, add boiling water and stir. Serve in a Coffee Mug.
Hot Vanilla
Ingredients:

1 1/2 tsp Sugar
(ground) Cinnamon
14 oz Milk
2 oz Whipping Cream
1/2 (ground) Vanilla Bean
Instructions:
In a heavy saucepan, combine the ingredients and warm over low heat. When small bubbles appear around the sides of the pan, remove it from the heat and let the mixture sit at room temperature for 15 to 20 minutes. Place the pan back on the stove and rewarm the mixture, whisking it briefly to redistribute the skin that forms on the milk's surface. Serve in a Beer Mug.
Lemon Ice-Cream Soda
Ingredients:
1 1/2 oz Lemon Juice
2 tbsp Vanilla Ice Cream
3 oz Soda Water
1 1/2 oz Sugar Syrup
Instructions:
Blend briefly with half a glassful of crushed ice in a pina colada glass. Add soda and mix gently. Add straws and serve.

Ingredients:

3/4 oz Passion-fruit Syrup
3 oz Passion-fruit Juice
1 1/2 oz Milk
Instructions:
Shake well over ice cubes in a shaker. Strain into a large highball glass over crushed ice and serve.
Microwave Hot Cocoa
Ingredients:

1 dash Salt
5 tbsp Sugar
3 tbsp (hot) Water
1/4 tsp Vanilla
2 cups Milk
3 tbsp Cocoa
Instructions:
Combine sugar, cocoa, salt and hot water in 1-quart micro-proof measuring cup (or coffee mug). Microwave at high (100%) for 1 to 1 1/2 minutes or until boiling. Add milk, stir and microwave an additional 1 1/2 to 2 minutes or until hot. Stir in vanilla, blend well.

Ingredients:
2 cups Salt
1 gal Milk
1 1/2 oz Whipping Cream
10 tsp Cocoa
Instructions:
Heat the milk and add it to the salt and cocoa powder in a tall glass. Place some whipped cream on top and serve.
Orange Julius
Ingredients:

65 ml Sugar
250 ml Water
5 ml Vanilla
6 oz (frozen) Orange Juice
250 ml Milk
Instructions:
Blend all ingredients in a blender with ten ice cubes for 30 seconds. Serve immediately.
Papaya Milk Splash
Ingredients:

1/4 cup Sugar
2 cups Papaya
1/2 cup Milk
Instructions:
Clean out the seeds and deskin the papaya. Add to a blender with the milk, sugar and ice, and blend at medium to high speed for one or two minutes. Serve immediately.
Parisette
Ingredients:
1 tsp Grenadine
1/2 cup Milk
Instructions:
Pour grenadine syrup over ice cubes in a large tumbler. Stir, fill with cold milk, and stir again. Serve with a drinking straw.
Pina Colada Punch
Ingredients:
1 tbsp Cinnamon
1 tbsp Coconut Syrup
46 oz Pineapple Juice, chilled
1 pint Vanilla Ice Cream
2 liters Pineapple Soda, chilled
15 oz Coconut Cream
Instructions:
Blend pineapple juice, coconut syrup, coconut cream and cinnamon in a blender until creamy. Place in refridgerator if desired or continue immediately to next step.
Pineapple Island
Ingredients:
2 tbsp Pineapple (Chunk)
2 tbsp Coconut Ice Cream
Instructions:
Blend with half a glassful of crushed ice until smooth. Pour into a collins glass garnished with a slice of pineapple. Serve with straws.
Pink Panther Shake
Ingredients:
4 scoops Vanilla Ice Cream
1 dl Raspberry Jam
5 dl Milk
Instructions:
Place all ingredients in a blender and mix until smooth. Garnish with fresh or frozen berries.
Rose and Thistle
Ingredients:

1 Banana
6 oz Milk
1/2 cup Strawberries
Instructions:
Slice the banana and add it to a blender with 6 ice cubes. Add the strawberries and milk, and blend well. Pour into a collins glass and serve.
Rose de Mai Cocktail
Ingredients:
7 cl Cream
2 tsp Raspberry Syrup
3 cl Pineapple Juice
Instructions:
Combine pineapple juice, raspberry fruit-syrup and cream with ice cubes in a shaker. Shake well, strain into a large cocktail glass and serve.
Spanish Chocolate
Ingredients:

2 (beaten) Egg Yolk
1/2 tsp Cinnamon
2 oz Chocolate
2 cups Milk
Instructions:
Stir the milk with the chocolate and the cinnamon over low heat until the chocolate dissolves. Add the eggs and beat the mixture until it becomes thick, taking care not to boil. Serve in coffee mug.
Summertime Soda
Ingredients:

1 oz Lemon Juice
1 oz Grapefruit Juice
1 oz Orange Juice
1 tbsp Vanilla Ice Cream
3 oz Soda Water
1 tsp Superfine Sugar
Instructions:
Dissolve sugar in juices in a highball glass three-quarters filled with ice. Add soda, top with ice cream, and garnish with fruit. Add straws and serve.
