A Cup of Reishi Tea
Ingredients:
1 tsp Chopped Dried Reishi
7 thin slices Fresh Ginger Root
1 cup Water
Cooking Instructions:
Combine the ingredients in a small pan. Bring to a boil then simmer for ten minutes or so.
Mikei Red Reishi Dried Mushroom Slices
Ingredients:
60 g of sliced organically-grown Red Reishi mushrooms
Cooking Instructions:
Use a dose of 4-6 pieces (4-6 g) of Mikei Red Reishi Slices. Put the Red Reishi slices into 600 c.c. of boiling water and cook on medium heat for 10-15 minutes. To reduce the bitterness in the soup, add honey or glucose. Besides using boiled water, you can use the accompanied recipes to make a healthy dinner soup.
Keep in cool, dry place. Do not store in a refrigerator.
Reishi-Chocolate Latte
Ingredients:

2 cups classic india space tea
¾ cup nut milk, your favorite
1 teaspoon cacao powder
1 teaspoon reishi mushrooms, powder
1 teaspoon coconut oil, cold pressed
1 date or honey, to taste
Dash cayenne pepper
Pinch sea salt
Grounded nutmeg
Cooking Instructions:
Allow to steep tea for 5 minutes for full aroma taste and health benefit. Blend all ingredients. Serve immediately. Garnish with grounded nutmeg.
Reishi Slices Barbary Wolfberry Seed Beef Soup
Servings: 3-4
Ingredients:
Mikei Reishi Slice 6 g
Barbary Wolfberry Seed 20 g
Beef 150 g
Spring Onion
Garlic
Oil
Salt
Cooking Instructions:
Soak wolfberry seed in water for half an hour before use. Cut beef into slices. Heat oil in skillet, add spring onion and garlic, stir for a minute. Add beef to stir fry. Bring eight bowls of water with Reishi slices to boil. Add beef and cook in low heat for an hour. Add salt to season.
 
Reishi Slices Enoke Big Bean Sprout Meat Soup
Servings: 3-4
Ingredients:
Mikei Reishi Slices 6 g
Enoke 100 g
Big Bean Sprout 150 g
Ginger 2 slices
Lean Meat 200 g
Cooking Instructions:
Wash all ingredients. Cut meat in slices.  Remove roots from enoke and big bean sprout. Remove ginger skin and cut in slices.  Heat oil in skillet, add in ginger, stir for a minute and fry big bean sprout until tender.  Bring eight bowls of water with Reishi slices to boil.  Add in all other ingredients and cook in low heat for two hours. Add salt to season.
Reishi Slices Lotus Seed Chicken Soup
Servings: 3-4
Ingredients:
Mikei Reishi Slices 6 g
Lotus Seed 50 g
Dried Tangerine Peel A quarter peel
Chicken Whole (600-800 g)
Cooking Instructions:
Wash and bring chicken to boil in large pot of water for 5 minutes. Drain water and put chicken aside. Soak tangerine peel in water till tender. Clean lotus seed and remove inside. Bring eight bowls of water with reishi slices to boil. Add in all other ingredients to cook in low heat for two to three hours. Add salt to season.
Reishi Slices Lotus Seed Dried Baihe (Lily Bulb) Lean Pork Soup
Servings: 3-4
Ingredients:
Mikei Reishi Slices 6 g
Lotus Seed 30 g
Dried Baihe (Lily Bulb) 30 g
Lean Pork 200 g
Cooking Instructions:
Wash the lotus seed and remove the inside. Wash the dried baihe. Wash the lean pork meat and cut into slices. Bring eight bowls of water with reishi slices to boil. Add in all other ingredients to cook in low heat for two hours. Add salt to season.
Reishi Slices Red Date Tea
Servings: 2
Ingredients:
Mikei Reishi Slices 4-6 g
Red Date 9 pieces
Cooking Instructions:
Wash red dates and remove seeds.  Bring 4-5 bowls of water with reishi slices and red dates to boil. Cook over low heat until one bowl of water remains.
Reishi Slices with Fruits Soup
Servings: 3-4
Ingredients:
Mikei Reishi Slices 6 g
Guava 2 each
Coconut 1 each
Dried Longan Meat 10 g
Rock Sugar 8 g
Cooking Instructions:
Peel off skin of guavas and cut into pieces. Remove meat from coconut. Wash dried longan meat. Bring six to eight bowls of water with reishi slices to boil.  Add all ingredients to cook for 45 minutes. Add rock sugar to taste.
Reishi Slices with Kidney Beans, Brown Rice, Dried Barley and Lean Pork Meat
Servings: 3-4
Ingredients:
Mikei Reishi Slices 6 g
Kidney Beans 30 g
Brown Rice 30 g
Dried Barley 50 g
Lean Pork Meat 200 g
Cooking Instructions:
Wash kidney beans, brown rice and dried barley. Cut lean pork meat into slices. Bring ten bowls of water with reishi slices to boil. Add in all other ingredients to cook in low heat for two hours. Add salt to season.
Reishi Slices with White Fungus and Rock Sugar
Servings: 3-4
Ingredients:
Mikei Reishi Slices 6 g
White Fungus 10 g
Honey Date 4-6 pieces
Honey or Rock Sugar to taste
Cooking Instructions:
Soak white fungus in water till tender and clean thoroughly. Bring six to eight bowls of water with reishi slices to boil. Pour in Chinese porcelain steam pot. Add in white fungus and honey dates. Braise in low heat for 30-45 minutes. Add honey or rock sugar to taste.
Reishi Slices with White Fungus and Wood Fungus Soup
Servings: 3-4
Ingredients:

Mikei Reishi Slices 6 g
Wood Fungus 6 g
White Fungus 6 g
Honey Dates 6 pieces
Lean Pork Meat 200 g
Cooking Instructions:
Soak white and wood fungus in water till tender. Clean thoroughly. Cut lean pork meat in slices. Bring eight bowls of water with reishi slices to boil. Add in all other ingredients to cook in low heat for one and a half hours. Add salt to season.
Reishi Slices Wolfberry Seed Blue Date Pigeon Soup
Servings: 3-4
Ingredients:
Mikei Reishi Slices 6 g
Wolfberry Seed 30 g
Blue Date 10 pieces
Pigeon whole
Ginger 1 piece
Cooking Instructions:
Wash and bring pigeon to boil in large pot of water for 5 minutes. Drain water and put pigeon aside. Clean wolfberry seeds, blue dates and ginger. Peel ginger skin and cut into thin slices. Bring six to eight bowls of water with reishi slices to boil. Add in all other ingredients to cook in low heat for two hours. Add salt to season.
