Raspberry Schnapps Recipe
|Raspberry schnapps - based on fresh, wild raspberries - has a magnificent color and a very aromatic taste. Serve with desserts, ice cream, cheese, cream cheese, and cheese cakes. Or use it in jams, marmalades and sauces. Excellent as drink before or after dinner.|
A big clump of raspberries
500 g of sugar, everything needs sugar
Lots of vodka, about 2 litres
Storage bottles, old vodka bottles are best and makes it look authentic
Pour the vodka equally into the bottle. Add the raspberries to each bottle. Add the sugar equally to each bottle. Shake each bottle daily for a week.
