Afterglow Drink
Ingredients:

1/2 oz Ice
4 parts Orange Juice
4 parts Pineapple Juice
1 part Grenadine
Instructions:
Mix. Serve over ice. Serve Afterglow in a Highball Glass.

Allegria
Ingredients:

Half ripe mango, peeled, cut and diced
5 cl carrot juice
5 cl pineapple juice
5 cl fresh orange juice
2 cl fresh lemon juice
Still mineral water
Instructions:
Put the mango pieces in the blender, add the other ingredients, except water, a scoop of ice cubes, and blend. Using the lid to stop the ice tumbling into the glass, pour the mixture into a goblet filled with fresh ice. Fill to three-quarters. Add the water to dilute the mixture a little. Stir. Garnish with a slice of orange and a maraschino cherry. Serve with a straw.
Alice
Ingredients:

4 cl Cream
1 Orange Juice
2 cl Pineapple Juice
1 cl Grenadine
Instructions:
Shake well, strain into a large cocktail glass.
Anita
Ingredients:

1 measure orange juice
1 measure lemon juice
3 dashes of Angostura bitters
Soda water to top up
Instructions:
Shake the ingredients well with ice. Strain into a tumbler and top up with soda water. Decorate with lemon and orange slices. Serve with a straw.
Apello
Ingredients:

1 cl Apple Juice
3 cl Grapefruit Juice
4 cl Orange Juice
Instructions:
Stir together in a highball glass. Garnish with a maraschino cherry and serve.
 
Appleade
Ingredient:

2 large dessert apples
600 ml (1 pint) boiling water
1/2 teaspoon sugar
Instructions:
Chop the apples and place in a bowl. Pour the boiling water over the apples and add the sugar. Leave to stand for 10 minutes, then strain into a jug and allow to cool. Pour over ice cubes in a tall tumbler and decorate with an apple slice. Serve wit ha straw.
Apple Berry Smoothie
Ingredients:

1 cup Berries
2 Apples, sliced
Instructions:
Combine berries and sliced apples in a blender, blend and pour into suitable glasses.
Apple Cider Punch
Ingredients:

4 qt Apple Cider
3 sticks Cinnamon
6 oz Orange Juice, frozen
6 whole Allspice
6 whole Clove
6 oz Lemonade, frozen
1 cup Brown Sugar, packed
1 tsp Nutmeg, ground
Instructions:
If you use the whole all spice and cloves, tie them in cheesecloth. Heat the mixture. Stir occasionally. Serve in a Beer Mug.
Atomic Cat
Ingredients:

4 oz. Orange juice
4 oz. Tonic water
Instructions:
Pour the orange juice and tonic water into a highball glass almost filled with ice cubes. Stir well.
Apple Of My Eye
Ingredients:

2 oz Apple Juice
1/3 oz Blackcurrant Syrup
1 oz Whipping Cream
Instructions:
Blend briefly with a glassful of crushed ice and serve in an old-fashioned glass. Sprinkle with cinnamon.
Apple Spritzer
Ingredients:

2 oz Apple Juice
4 oz Soda Water
Instructions:
Pour the apple juice into the old-fashioned glass filled previously with 3 to 5 ice cubes and add the soda. Stir before you serve.
Atomic Cat
Ingredients:

4 oz. Orange juice
4 oz. Tonic water
Instructions:
Pour the orange juice and tonic water into a highball glass almost filled with ice cubes. Stir well.
Banana Cantaloupe Smoothie
Ingredients:

1 (peeled) Banana
1/2 (sliced) Cantaloupe
Instructions:
Juice cantaloupe, pour juice into blender, add banana and liquify. Serve in a Beer Mug.
Banana Strawberry Shake
Ingredients:

1 Banana
2 cups fresh Apple Juice
1/2 lb frozen Strawberries
Instructions:
Blend all together in a blender until smooth. Serve in a Beer Mug.
Banana Tropical
Ingredients:

1 lb Banana
2 dl Pineapple Juice
125 g Yogurt
Instructions:
Put all ingredients in a blender and blend for 3 minutes. If the mix isn't liquid enough (depends on the banana), add another shot of pineapple juice. Decorate with a piece of the banana and a piece of a pineapple.
Berry Good
Ingredients:

100 g strawberries
100 g raspberries
100 g blueberries
1 tablespoon caster sugar
200 ml Cranberry juice
Instructions:
Roughly crush the fruit in a jug. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice and add the crushed fruit, sugar and cranberry juice. Shake well. Serve in a highball glass garnished with a berry.
Berry Fizzy
Ingredients:

100 g blueberries
100 g blackberries
50 g raspberries
10 ml lemon juice
1 teaspoon caster sugar
Soda water
Instructions:
Blend the berries, lemon juice and sugar. Strain into an ice-filled highball glass. Top up with soda water. Garnish with a sprig of mint.
Bitter Experience
Ingredients:

1/2 oz Lime Juice
2 oz Orange Juice
2 oz Bitter Lemon
Instructions:
Add to a wine goblet filled with broken ice. Serve with short straws.
Black & Blue Berries
Ingredients:

1 tsp Lemon Juice
1 cup Berries
2 tbsp Honey
1 cup Soda Water
Instructions:
Place all ingredients into a blender jar. Cover, and whiz on medium speed until well blended. Pour into a collins glass and serve.
Brontosaurus
Ingredients:

1/2 oz Lime Juice
3 oz Grapefruit Juice
3 oz Lemonade
1/2 oz Grenadine
Instructions:
Shake and strain into an ice-filled highball glass, add the lemonade and garnish with a celery stick.
Canadian Pride
Ingredients:

2/3 oz Maple Syrup
3 oz Grapefruit Juice
3 oz Ginger Ale
Instructions:
Shake and strain into a collins glass three-quarters filled with broken ice. Add the ginger ale and garnish with a slice of grapefruit.
Cinderella
Ingredients:

1 measure lemon juice
1 measure pineapple juice

1 dash of grenadine
Soda water to top up

Ingredients:

1/2 measure lemon syrup

1 measure Cola
Instructions:
Shake the ingredients well with ice. Strain into a cocktail glass.
Coconut Grove
Ingredients:

10 cl pineapple juice
5 cl coconut cream
5 cl fresh pink grapefruit juice
Instructions:
Place ingredients into a blender with a scoop of crushed ice. Blend for 10 seconds and pour into a colada glass. Garnish with a thin segment of grapefruit and a spiral of orange. Serve with a straw.
Cocopina
Ingredients:

1 part coconut cream
2 parts pineapple juice
Instructions:
Blend the coconut cream and pineapple juice together. Pour into ice-filled highball glasses and serve with an umbrella.
Coke and Drops
Ingredients:

7 drops Lemon Juice
1 dl Coca-Cola
Instructions:
Take a glass, pour the coke in the glass, then you take 7 drops of lemon juice. Garnish with a lemon slice on the rim of the glass.
Cracker
Ingredients:

5 cl cranberry juice
5 cl pineapple juice
5 cl passion-fruit juice
5 cl grapefruit juice
Lemonade
Instructions:
Fill a highball with ice. Add the pineapple, passion-fruit, and cranberry juices. Finally, add the grapefruit juice. Top up with lemonade. Stir. Garnish with a slice of lime. Serve with a straw and a stirrer.
Cranberry Bomber
Ingredients:

1 1/2 oz Cola
4 oz Cranberry Juice
1 tsp Honey
1/2 oz Orange Juice
2 tbsp Grenadine
Instructions:
Pour over ice and fill with cola. Stir and add honey. Garnish with a slice of lemon.
Cranberry Frog
Ingredients:

2 oz Cranberry Juice
2 oz Orange Juice
Instructions:
Shake vigorously. Serve in a Cocktail Glass.
Cranberry Juice Cocktail
Ingredients:

2 tbsp Salt
1/2 cup Sugar
5 cups Water
3 slices Oranges
1 lb Cranberries
Instructions:
Wash the cranberries and put them into a nonreactive saucepan with the water, a pinch of salt and if you wish, the orange slices. Cook over medium heat until all the berries burst (about 10 minutes). Serve in a Beer Mug.
Cranberry Punch
Ingredients:

1 1/2 cups Sugar
4 cups Cranberry Juice
4 cups Pineapple Juice
1 tbsp Almond Extract
2 qt Ginger Ale
Instructions:
Combine first four ingredients. Stir until sugar is dissolved, chill. Then add ginger ale just before serving. Add ice ring to keep punch cold. Serve in a Beer Mug.
Cranberry Quencher
Ingredients:

1 part cranberry juice
1 part orange juice
2 parts lemonade
Instructions:
Fill a highball glass with ice. Pour in the cranberry and orange juice. Stir well. Top up with lemonade.
Cranpina
Ingredients:

7 cl cranberry juice
7 cl pink grapefruit juice
7 cl pineapple juice
3 cl fresh orange juice
Instructions:
Fill a highball glass with ice cubes. Pour the first three ingredients into the glass. Stir. Add the orange juice-it will sink slowly down the glass as you drink it, but will look amazing when you first serve the cocktail.
Creamy Colada
Ingredients:

4 parts pineapple juice
1 part grapefruit juice
1 part lemon juice
1 part apple juice
2 parts coconut cream
Double cream
Desiccated coconut
Instructions:
Blend the coconut cream and fruit juices together with ice. Pour into cocktail glasses and top with lightly whipped double cream and a sprinkling of desiccated coconut.
Death Mix
Ingredients:

Coke Syrup
1 oz Grenadine
Instructions:
Just run the coke syrup down the side of the glass (the dark stuff not the soda). Any size glass will do. Then, fill the rest with grenadine. Do not skull it because it is very very strong. Look at it in the light - it should be very dark.
Dream Cocktail
Ingredients:

1 whole Egg
5 cl Orange Juice
1 cl Grenadine
Instructions:
Shake, strain into highball glass with ice and serve.
Evil Princess
Ingredients:
1 tbsp Lemon Juice
1 tbsp Vanilla Syrup
1 oz Apple Juice
2 oz Grape Juice
1 oz Grenadine
Instructions:
Pour over ice, stir and garnish with a lime slice. Serve in a Collins Glass.
Fire in the Sky
Ingredients:

1 shot Cherry
1 shot Cola
1 shot Orange
Instructions:
Mix Orange Juice and Cola then add grenadine to flavor. Three parts Cola, one part Orange Juice. Garnish with Orange and Cherry.
Floaty
Ingredients:
1/3 part Orange Juice
1/3 part Lemon-Lime Soda
1/3 part Pear Soda
1 slice Cucumber
Instructions:
First pour in the pear soda. Then take the fanta and the juice. Please use a cognac bowl when mixing and drinking the drink. Then attach the cucumber slice to the rim, as you would do with a lemon slice. Blend and serve instantly in a Beer Mug.
Flying Fairbrother
Ingredients:
1 oz Cranberry Juice
1 tsp Honey
2 oz Grapefruit Juice
1 oz Orange Juice
3 oz Ginger Ale
Instructions:
Combine the grapefruit juice, orange juice, cranberry juice and honey in a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice cubes. Shake well, and strain into a collins glass almost filled with ice cubes. Top with ginger ale, stir well and serve.
Forest Fizz
Ingredients:

Handful fresh blueberries
Handful fresh blackberries
6 to 8 fresh raspberries
1 cl fresh lemon juice
1 teaspoon caster sugar
Soda water
Instructions:
Place the berries in a blender with the lemon juice. Sprinkle the sugar over the berries. Blend until smooth. Strain the mixture through a nylon strainer or a fine cheesecloth into a highball filled with ice. Top up with soda. Stir. Garnish with a selection of berries on a cocktail stick across the drink, and a sprig of mint on top in the middle. Serve with a straw.
Fruit Cocktail
Ingredients:

1/4 oz Lime Juice
1/2 oz Kiwi Syrup
1 oz Grapefruit Juice
1 oz Orange Juice
1 oz Pineapple Juice
1 oz Mango Juice
1 oz Passion-fruit Juice
Instructions:
Shake with a glassful of broken ice and pour unstrained into a wine goblet. Garnish with fruit, add straws and serve in a Red Wine Glass.
Fruit Cooler
Ingredients:

1/2 oz Ice
2 tbsp Sugar
1 oz Apple
1 oz Lemon
1 can Concentrated Apple Juice
1 liter Soda Water
1 cup Strawberries, sliced
Instructions:
Toss strawberries with sugar, and let sit overnight in refrigerator. Cut lemon, reserve two slices. Juice the rest. Mix together the lemon juice, strawberries, apple juice, and soda water. Add slices of lemon (decor, really). In glasses, put ice cubes, and a slice of apple. Pour drink in and serve.
Fruit Fantasy
Ingredients:
1/2 oz Kiwi Syrup
3 oz Orange Juice
2 oz Pineapple Juice
4 tbsp Strawberries
2 tbsp Honeydew Melon
Instructions:
Blend until smooth. Add half a glassful of crushed ice, and blend again briefly. Pour into a pina colada glass and garnish with fruit.
Fruit Flip-Flop
Ingredients:

1 cup Fruit Juice
1 cup Yogurt
Instructions:
Place all ingredients into a blender jar. Cover and whiz on medium speed until well blended. Pour into a collins glass, and serve.
Fruit Punch
Ingredients:

2 tbsp Sugar
1 can Concentrated Pineapple Juice
2 packages Cherry Kool-Aid
4 liters Soda Water
1 can frozen Lemonade
Instructions:
Make up the kool-aid ahead of time, by dissolving in a small amount on water. Don't add sugar! Cool this mixture. Serve in a Beer Mug.

Ingredients:

6 cubes Ice
1 liters Banana
4 oz (frozen) Orange Juice
1 cup Fruit Yogurt
1/2 piece Apples
Instructions:
Blend until smooth. Serve a Beer Mug.

Instructions:
Pour peach nectar and orange juice into a chilled glass filled with ice cubes. Stir well and garnish with a slice of orange.

4 oz Lemon Juice
6 oz Peach Nectar
Instructions:
Pour over ice and garnish with a twist of lemon. Serve in a Beer Mug.
Ginger Alert
Ingredients:

10 cl clear apple juice
5 cl clear pear juice
2 cl fresh lemon juice
1small piece fresh gingerroot
Ginger ale
Instructions:
Pour the apple, pear, and lemon juices into a shaker with ice. Grate the ginger into the shaker. Shake well to infuse the ginger flavor. Strain into a highball with ice. Top up with ginger ale. Stir. Garnish with a wedge of apple. Serve with a straw.
Ginger Zest
Ingredients:

7cl fresh carrot juice
7cl tomato juice
1 teaspoon clear honey
3cl fresh lemon juice
2 to 3 slices fresh ginger root
Dash Worcestershire sauce
Instructions:
Place the ginger into a shaker. Muddle to release the essence, then pour in all ingredients. Add a scoop of ice cubes. Shake for 10 seconds. Pour into a highball, letting the ice fall into the glass as well. Garnish with a red and a yellow cherry tomato, each cut in half, and speared by a cocktail stick, with a leaf of basil between them.

Horse's Ass
Ingredients:

1/2 part Soda Water
1/2 part Ginger Ale
Instructions:
Mix with ice. Serve in a Beer Mug.
Hot Buttered Cranberry
Ingredients:

1/8 tsp Salt
1/4 tsp Cinnamon, ground
1/8 tsp Butter
2 cups Water
16 oz Cranberry Juice
2 cups Pineapple Juice
1/4 tsp Allspice, ground
1/8 tsp Clove, ground
1/3 cup Brown Sugar
1/8 tsp Nutmeg, ground

Ingredients:

6 cubes Ice
3 pinches Salt
1 tsp Sugar
1 pinch Lime
2 cups Yogurt
Instructions:
Blend the yoghurt and ice cubes together, until the yoghurt becomes more liquid. Add sugar to taste. The lemon/lime is optional but it gives it a slightly tart taste. Add a dash of salt.

Ingredients:

4 cl Lemon Juice

Add egg yolk, sugar syrup and lemon juice over several ice cubes in a shaker. Shake very well and strain into a highball glass. Add a straw and serve.

Ingredients:

9 cl Lemon Juice
Soda Water
3 tsp Sugar Syrup
Instructions:
Mix lemon juice with sugar syrup in a highball glass, stir well and fill up with soda water. Serve with drinking straw.
Lemouroudji
Ingredients:

2 pieces Ginger
1 cup Sugar
1 gal Water
1 lb Lemon
Cayenne Pepper, ground
Instructions:
Juice the lemons. Peel and grate the ginger. Place the grated ginger and a liberal dash of the cayenne pepper into a piece of cheesecloth, and tie it into a knot. Let soak in the water. After 15 minutes or so, add the sugar, and the lemon juice. Chill and serve.

Ingredients:

2 tablespoons low-fat plain yogurt
7cl white grape juice
Handful fresh blueberries
Handful fresh blackberries
Instructions:
Combine all ingredients in a blender until smooth. Strain into a goblet. Garnish with one or two berries on top of the drink. Serve with a straw.

Ingredients:

1 oz Lime Juice
7 oz Soda Water
Instructions:

Ingredients:

1 oz Lime Juice
6 oz Tonic Water
Instructions:
Pour Rose's lime juice and tonic water into a highball glass almost filled with ice cubes. Stir well, garnish with a lime wedge and serve.

Ingredients:
1 tbsp Sugar
Juice of 1 Lime
Soda Water
Lime Peel
Instructions:
Add the lime juice and sugar to a large glass and stir well. Add cold seltzer water to fill. Put the lime peels in the glass and serve.

Ingredients:

1 measure lime juice
1/2 measure lemon juice
1/2 egg white
Instructions:
Shake the ingredients well with ice and strain into a cocktail glass. Decorate with a cocktail cherry.

Ingredients:

Ice, crushed
8 Lime (wedge)
10 cl Apple Juice
2 tsp Brown Sugar
Instructions:
Squeeze the 8 parts of a lime and the brown sugar with a wooden muddler, fill up with apple juice and crushed ice. Serve in a Beer Mug.
Long Distance Runner
Ingredients:

1/2 oz Lime Juice
1 slice Pineapple
1/4 oz Passion-fruit Syrup
2 oz Pineapple Juice
Instructions:
Prepare in a blender with crushed ice. Strain into a large highball glass, fill with crushed ice and serve.
Magic Island
Ingredients:

1 oz Grapefruit Juice
3 oz Pineapple Juice
1 tsp Grenadine
1/2 oz Whipping Cream
1 oz Coconut Cream
Instructions:
Blend briefly with three-quarters of a glassful of crushed ice in a wine goblet. Garnish with in-season fruit and serve with short straws.
Magic Moment
Ingredients:

10 cl red or white grape juice
2 cl fresh lemon juice
2 cl strawberry syrup
Soda water
Instructions:
Pour the juices and syrup into a highball filled with ice. Top up with soda. Stir. Garnish with a few grapes sitting on the rim of the glass. Serve with a straw.
Malihini Punch
Ingredients:

1/2 cup Guava Syrup
2 qt Orange Juice
1/2 cup Lilikoi Syrup
Instructions:
Combine orange juice, lilikoi syrup and guava syrup, blend well. Chill. Serve over ice cubes.
Mandate
Ingredients:

1 tsp Raspberry Syrup
4 oz Mandarin Juice
3 oz Bitter Lemon
Instructions:
Add to an ice filled wine goblet. Serve in a Red Wine Glass.
Mango Orange Smoothie
Ingredients:

1 Mango, pitted and sliced
2 Oranges, peeled
Instructions:
Throw everything into a blender and liquify. Serve in a Beer Mug.
Maurizio's Dream
Ingredients:

1/4 glass Crushed Ice
1 tsp Ginger
1 tsp Sugar
1/2 Lime, chopped
1/2 glass fresh Apple Juice
Instructions:
Chop the lime, stir in the cane sugar and ginger. Add the crushed ice and fill up with apple juice. Serve in a Brandy Snifter.
Merlin's Treat
Ingredients:

1/2 oz Strawberry Syrup
1 oz Orange Juice
1 oz Pineapple Juice
2 oz Mango Juice
2 oz Ginger Ale
Instructions:
Shake juice and syrup, and strain into an ice-filled wine goblet. Add the ginger ale, garnish with fruit in-season and sprinkle with grated nutmeg. Serve with straws.
Mock Daisy Crusta
Ingredients:

1 1/2 oz Lime Juice
1/2 oz Raspberry Syrup
3 oz Soda Water
1 oz Sugar Syrup
1/4 oz Grenadine
Instructions:
Rim a wine glass with lime/caster sugar, add a spiral of lime and fill with crushed ice. Stir lime juice and syrups together, and strain into the glass. Add the soda and sprinkle the grenadine on top.
Mock Pink Champagne
Ingredients:

1/2 cup Sugar
1 1/2 cups Water
2 cups Cranberry Juice
1/2 cup Orange Juice
1 cup Pineapple Juice
2 bottles Lemon-Lime Soda
Instructions:
Boil sugar and water until the sugar dissolves, and allow to cool. Stir cranberry, pineapple and orange juice, and chill. Prior to serving, add carbonated beverage.
Monster Slime Juice
Ingredients:

1 gal Water
12 oz Orange Juice
6 oz Berry Blue Kool-Aid
Instructions:
Mix orange juice concentrate and kool-aid and add water. Stir and watch it turn green. Serve in a Beer Mug.
Morning star
Ingredients:

1 tsp. Honey
1 tsp. Sugar
3 Pineapple chunks
10 Pineapple juice
1 fill Mineral water
Instructions:
Blend in an electric blender. Pour into a medium glass and add a small piece of vanilla stick.
